All hair extension services are non-refundable due to the time, products, and bespoke nature of the service.

REFITS (HAIR FITTED ELSEWHERE)

Refits are carried out at your own risk. I cannot guarantee longevity, shedding, slippage, or bond condition, as I do not know the origin or quality of the hair or bonds previously used.

MY STANDARDS 🤍

I use high-quality products, including Italian keratin, and maintain a high standard of application across all services.

ADJUSTMENTS

If you have any concerns, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. Adjustments may be offered where appropriate.

AFTERCARE

I am not responsible for issues caused by incorrect aftercare, unsuitable products, excessive heat, tension, or lifestyle/environmental factors (including holidays, swimming, etc.).
